User Agreement

This User Agreement supplements our Terms of Use and describes how your GamRemit account, wallet, and transfers work in practice. By using GamRemit, you agree to this User Agreement in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Your Wallet

When you complete registration, GamRemit provisions a wallet on the Arc network on your behalf through Circle's wallet infrastructure. This wallet is used to hold and settle your USDC balance. Because the wallet is created and secured through GamRemit's infrastructure rather than a seed phrase you manage yourself, keeping your registered email and account access secure is what protects your funds.

2. Sending, Receiving & Withdrawals

• Transfers within GamRemit settle in USDC on Arc and are typically confirmed within seconds.
• Withdrawals to a local bank account are routed through our payout partners and depend on the receiving bank and corridor; timing can vary and is not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for double-checking recipient details before confirming a transfer. Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, GamRemit cannot reverse it.

3. KYC Tiers & Limits

Your account may be assigned a verification tier based on the information and documents you provide. Higher tiers may unlock higher transaction limits. GamRemit may request additional verification at any time, including for a specific transaction, and may pause a transaction pending that review.

4. Payment Requests, Payroll & Swap

Where available on your account, features such as payment requests, payroll disbursements, and currency swaps are subject to the same verification, fee, and finality rules as standard transfers described in this Agreement and our Terms of Use.

5. Account Review & Approval

New accounts are reviewed before activation, generally within 24 hours. GamRemit may decline to approve, or may later suspend, an account based on verification results, suspected fraud, or compliance requirements.

6. Errors & Disputes

If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorization, contact us as soon as possible at gamremitagent@gmail.com. Because blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, our ability to recover funds once sent may be limited, but we will investigate and assist where we can.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GamRemit harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of this Agreement, or violation of applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this User Agreement from time to time, reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GamRemit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
