These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GamRemit, a cross-border money transfer service that settles value in USDC on the Arc network ("GamRemit", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using GamRemit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GamRemit.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use GamRemit. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it up to date. GamRemit is not available to individuals or entities on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list, or located in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful.
GamRemit lets you hold a USDC-denominated balance, send and receive funds, and withdraw to supported local payout rails (such as bank transfer in supported corridors). A wallet on the Arc network is created and managed on your behalf as part of the service; you do not need to hold a separate crypto wallet or manage a seed phrase to use GamRemit.
Displayed exchange rates, fees, and delivery times are estimates and may change before you confirm a transaction. Once a transaction is confirmed and submitted to the blockchain, it generally cannot be reversed or cancelled.
Certain actions — including sending, withdrawing to local payout rails, and swapping between currencies — carry a fee, which is disclosed to you before you confirm the transaction. We may change our fees from time to time; the fee shown at the time of a transaction is the fee that applies.
You agree not to use GamRemit to: violate any applicable law or regulation; engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud; circumvent our KYC/AML checks; infringe the rights of others; or attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's operation or security.
Digital assets, including USDC, can be affected by market, technical, and regulatory risk. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Network conditions, third-party payout partners, and regulatory requirements in a given corridor may affect transfer speed or availability. You use GamRemit at your own risk and should only transact amounts you are prepared to have delayed or, in rare cases, lost due to factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account or decline a transaction if we suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, a legal or regulatory requirement, or risk to GamRemit or other users. You may stop using GamRemit at any time; certain obligations (such as amounts owed or compliance holds) may survive termination.
GamRemit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamRemit and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by third-party payout partners, network congestion, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page, and continued use of GamRemit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
